The new home design trend for this year is dark neutral exterior colors: charcoal, navy, black, etc. While it’s certainly eye-catching and very different from previous years’ trends of whitewashing everything, I can’t get this image out of my mind… 😀 I think that makes me like it even more! 😂

Some interesting news regarding interest rates this morning…the Fed is talking about raising rates higher than they originally anticipated this year, and they meet next on March 21st to discuss the next rate increase.

Recent economic reports suggest inflation isn’t yet under control, and the Fed says it may have to increase interest rates more than it expected a few weeks ago.
