If you go to Latin Fest on Saturday, I recommend the watermelon/jalapeño margarita 🍉 🌶 🍹. Yum 😋!

We’d like to officially congratulate Cyle Metzger and Miriam Geiger on their lovely home!! It was a dream working together. Cyle called us on a Saturday, not even sure they were ready to purchase; as it happened we found them the perfect house and were under contract the following Friday. Sometimes it just works out like it was meant to be. Here’s to many happy years in your new oasis; we’re so happy you’re both in Peoria!!

Perry and I will be at Big Bothers Big Sisters Luau 🌺 and if you haven’t been to a Drag N Paint yet go check it out. West Peoria’s cafe Touch of Grey’s last day open is on Sunday so catch ‘em before they close!
