Utah is BEAUTIFUL! We packed a bunch in! We hit Wh***ey Row, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, Tourquerville Falls, St. George Narrows and Vegas! Way too much to do and see in Utah over a short road trip and we will definitely be back to take more of Utah in!

Sellers weren't ready for showings yet. We were in Coming Soon status and received multiple offers before having a single showing. The perfect offer came in and we are under contract - 0 days on market!

A few Buyer's agents have expressed frustration for not having a fair chance to show their Buyers the property. The Buyer's agent that won the bid was very proactive. She asked all the right questions and submitted a very strong offer with great terms.

I'm beyond happy for my Clients and excited to be on a part of their journey! 🥂
