The property is getting the work done as planned from the first day. New siding and staircase on the back of the house is changing the entire feel for the property and I am sure the neighbors enjoy it too.

Last night, we gathered for our weekly face-to-face meeting where we discussed and analyzed various potential investment opportunities, both on and off the market. Our main focus was to assess the strategies that proved successful in acquiring our initial 4-plex and determine the necessary adjustments for future deals.

Outcome of our meeting:

1. Finalize an offer for a multifamily property.

2. Fill the first vacant unit in the Elmwood property.

3. Developing a comprehensive business plan and defining our group's vision.

4. Finding office space to buy / lease.

Our meetings have been great, but soon will use our Monday meetings again to do our MasterMind group, following the GoBundance framework.
