The market for selling isn’t the friendliest right now and sometimes it takes a try, try, try again approach. We had multiple buyers for this property and ended up selling to our second buyer after re-negotiating terms. Not everything is as easy as offer and close, sometimes you need extra effort and a little perseverance! Congrats to our sellers!
