Behind this closing was a client who trusted Kaylee through multiple home tours, two contracts, two rounds of foundation concerns, tough negotiations, and one deal that ultimately needed to be walked away from.

When that first deal fell apart, Kaylee didn’t just move on, she fought to protect her clients and get their earnest money back!

When the same concerns came up on the next home, she fought again- this time securing a resolution the buyers felt good about!
