Hey friends, this is me writing the caption, not AI so bear with me.

I was highly encouraged to share this post and I'll be honest, the thought of it made me nervous. Throughout my professional life, I've thrived behind the scenes, helping others to shine and that's where I'm most comfortable.

However, when I was presented with the opportunity to be featured in West Valley Real Producers, I said yes knowing that it would be a bold step for me that required some courage. I needed that.

I'm honored to share some of my story in this issue, but more importantly, I got here because YOU gave me the opportunity to serve your family through real estate.

It's not always easy, there are hard days that would encourage many to quit and throw in the towel. But I'm here with purpose, to be your trusted guide through some of life's most impactful decisions.

I know this may seem like a small achievement to most but what I want you to know is:
- getting started in something new is scary - just keep going
- results are not overnight
- mistakes are not the end
- don't compare your beginning to someone else's middle (or later)
- don't overthink what others might think
- success looks different to everyone
- stay focused on what really matters......

Three more closings in the books! Each one came with its own twists, wins, and lessons, so I’m sharing a few quick takeaways that could help you if you're thinking about buying or selling:

🔍 1. The right lender makes a huge difference. Working with responsive, knowledgeable lenders kept these deals on track and helped ease buyer (and seller) stress, especially for VA loans.

💬 2. Communication is everything. The smoothest deals happen when all parties (agents, lenders, inspectors) stay in sync and proactive.

🚧 Real Estate Reality Check: When Closings Don’t Go as Planned!

Multiple closings. Same day. Neither happened on time. 😬 And yet—no panic, no chaos. Why? Because my sellers had a Plan B in place! 🙌 (okay maybe there was some panic for a moment - that's normal lol)

In real estate, delays can happen for reasons beyond your control—lender holdups, title issues, last-minute repairs. But the difference between stress and success is flexibility and preparation.

✨ Lessons from the trenches:
✅ Always have a back-up plan for delays (temporary housing, extended timelines, financial cushions).
✅ Stay calm & adaptable—a hiccup isn’t a deal-breaker if you’re prepared.
✅ Work with pros who know how to navigate surprises and keep things moving.
