It’s ✨CLOSING DAY ✨ for my listing in Sun City West, Arizona! My seller lives out of state, so I wasn’t able to get a picture with him. I figured I would snap this picture of myself with my new sign to commemorate it 🏡

I’m so grateful that I was able to represent this seller; we had many long talks about what the world was like during World War II and his travels through Australia, New Zealand, Latvia, and more! He shed some of his wonderful wisdom and I’m so thankful to have had this opportunity.

TIP TUESDAY:
Having an aging parent and elderly customers I am becoming more aware of what would make their lives easier and safer.
One of the easiest solutions in the bathroom is to raise the toilet seats. Raising the toilet seat helps prevent any unfortunate accidents and straining in the bathroom. The National Institute on Aging reported that one in three people who are 65 or older falls each year, and many of the accidents take place in the bathroom. An elevated toilet combined with grab bars can provide security, safety and comfort in a room that can be so dangerous. If you don't want to replace the whole toilet you can always add a raised toilet seat. 🚽
