We have some great brews to feature a good times to be had.
Stop by and give a very special happy birthday to owner, Matt Rixner, and say a bon voyage to bartender, Rob Hill, as he's been slinging drinks here for over four years and now he's off on new adventures.
Beers will be available in a flights and full pours.
The Brews:
Scorpion Bowl IPA - "To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire."
Hazy IPA - "Powered by Sabro, Magnum, El Dorado, and Azacca hops, Stone Hazy IPA brings plenty of pineapple, orange, mango, melon and lemon flavors and aroma."
25th Anniversary Triple IPA - 12.5% ABV
Fyodor (2018) - Vintage of Fyodor Aged In Bourbon Barrels - "This profoundly complexed beer will overwhelm all but the most stalwart beer fanatics with its level of intensity. Rich coffee, bitter and milk chocolate characteristics abound, while dark charred oak, rich vanilla and caramel from the bourbon barrels synergistically elevate and further enhance the ultra-intense taste of the original beer. The name we chose for this heady creation, “Fyodor”, is a tip of the hat to Fyodor Dostoyevsky, one of the greatest, most influential novelists of Russia’s Golden Age."
Mission Warehouse Sour - Blackberry & Black Currant - "For this creation we used our semi-traditional sour base beer made with aged hops and unmalted grains. The beer was combined with Titania Black Currants, Black Diamond Blackberries and Marionberry Blackberries, then barrel-aged with Lactobacillus acid-forming bacteria and Brettanomyces claussenii yeast for 15 months."
