Happy closing day to my clients ! There were obstacles to overcome but we got there ! Thru perseverance and getting creative we are at the closing table. Real Estate is not for the weak and situations like this remind me the importance of having a strong agent it could make or break your homebuying goals ! I bust my ass to say that out of 150+ homes I sold 3 have fell thru and we’re all outside of my control ❤️🫶🏾🏡✔️

Today I had an amazing opportunity to speak with the students at Manual High School about a future in Real Estate as well as the countless careers in the Industry. I told bits of my story as motivation for them to break the mold. That “ I can’t do that “ to “I can do that “ whatever their goals may be. I look forward to coming back more often to speak and help motivate these kids to break the mold. When I became a realtor it wasn’t to sell a bunch a homes ( which I do) it was to break the mold in my community and be that person. I am a proud member of the PAAR fair housing and DEI committee.
