SOLD to Martha and Cal, who were such a bright spark of joy in my year... Their sweet relationship I had the privilege to witness. The beautiful family stories I got to hear them share in the car, between showings. Martha’s spunky sense of humor and Cal’s quiet wit together had me laughing until my stomach hurt. I just LOVED getting to know this amazing couple and I wish them many, many years of wonderful memories in this home.

I am so happy they were able to check off ALL the boxes of their “ideal home criteria”, and get keys a week before Christmas!

SOLD 🎉🎉 Some transactions are smooth and turn-key easy. No hiccups. No major issues with the home. No problems with lending or title. Smooth sailing the whole way through. But that’s not always how it goes.

Sometimes there are bumps in the road, major issues that come up in the inspection report, long inspection periods, weeks of back-and-forth negotiations, and other things that cause the whole transaction to feel a little rocky.

This wonderful family experienced a bit of a rocky transaction from the start of the inspection period, when we found some very expensive repairs needing to be done. Still, one baby step at a time, many late nights and early mornings of negotiating later, we kept things moving along. We closed right on time and they got the keys to their home right before Christmas!

SOLD 🎉🎉 as I met these clients / friends at the end of the driveway to hand them keys to their new home, I helped them carry in one box full of random things (including some rice, beans, spices, and a Bible..interesting, I thought). Of course I had to ask “what is all this?” My client shared ... this was a special family tradition anytime someone bought a new home... these were always the first items they carried inside as a symbol / prayer of “may we never be without food or our faith...”

I love getting to be a part of these moments. Trish and Stan, I could not be happier for you both! From an inspection in the north valley (Anthem), to showing homes in the east valley (Fountain Hills), to showing another client some homes in the west valley (Peoria) this evening, and finishing the day with writing two offers, this has been a full day in the Real Estate world. Thankful for all the wonderful moments of today :

☀️I was able to stop in between showings to admire the notorious Fountain Hills fountain (which immediately shut off the moment I pressed the camera button to take this photo 😂)
☀️The clouds were AMAZING today, especially at sunset!! 🙌🏼
