Aurelio Duarte-Encinas - Real Estate Agent at EXP Realty in Tucson My prior professional experience informs my work today with a genuine concern for my client's best interests.

I treat people with respect, dignity and provide good information clients can use to make informed decisions. I am a native of Tucson and have spent most of my life in Tucson. I graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School in 1995 and found great enjoyment in all classes involving the social sciences, urban and regional development and economics. Ultimately graduating with a Bachelors of Arts deg

ree in Political Science and Latin American Sciences, I involved myself in professional and academic pursuits geared towards advocacy and the social sciences. I grew up playing tennis, basketball, video games and enjoying cars. My passion for cars is tremendous, especially automotive design and aesthetics. There is great skill and dedication taken by the greatest designers and craftsmen who create some of the most moving machines. s

Fast forward a few years and I worked as a licensed counselor within the Phoenix and Tucson areas over the last 15 years. My work took me to community behavioral health agencies where I worked with kids, families and adults, as well as to community health centers where I worked with physicians and patients in improving their health outcomes. My work has been greatly rewarding and an absoulte honor. In 2023 I transitioned into another phase of my life and career. Real estate has always been of great interest to me. Starting with architectural design, I briefly wanted to be an architect as a child. Once maturing into adulthood, I learned to appreciate the connection between Tucson’s history and the many cultural influences on the land and the way people live. I have always seen Tucson as an eclectic and colorful mix of communities, each with their own character and appeal. A home and its inhabitants seem to find each other and in the best situations create a environment filled with harmony, peace and enjoyment. My interest in real estate drove me to take the course required for licensure in 2007 just for fun. However, the real estate “bug” never let go and I ultimately decided to take the course again in 2022. I firmly believe that real estate is one of the most versatile and powerful tools at our disposal. Investing in real estate can provide a family with stability, consistency and a sense of grounding. Great things can happen as a result of living in a home and setting roots in an area. I also believe that real estate can provide people with financial benefits that can also yield a source of wealth and resources. Lastly, I also believe in the security and satisfaction that real estate can provide as people transition into the latter stages of life. My goal is to serve my clients and make a difference in their lives. I also strive to provide an experience where you’ll find an equally respectful, professional and honest person in my who wants to form a team with you. I hope to earn your trust and business throughout the stages of life.

Why Buyers Are More Likely To Get Concessions Right Now

Are you worried that today’s higher costs are going to lead to a big wave of foreclosures because homeowners will struggle to make their mortgage payments? Here’s what you need to know.

While it’s true foreclosure filings may be up slightly, data shows they’re nowhere near 2008 levels.

And here’s some more context you may not have heard. Unlike last time, most homeowners now have a lot of equity. That creates a financial cushion that helps give them options to avoid foreclosure.

If you have other questions about what you’re seeing or hearing about the housing market, DM me or drop them below.
