While there is always excitement when a home goes under contract, this one feels different. It's the closing of one chapter, the beginning of another, and a reminder that the memories made inside a home stay with us long after the keys change hands.

One of my favorite things about real estate is that every buyer has a different story.

For this buyer, it wasn't about finding a forever home or upgrading to something bigger. It was about finding a place to come home to.

Family, friends, familiar faces, favorite places... those connections matter. And after searching for the right fit, she found a home where she can stay whenever she's back in town visiting the people she loves most.

It's a great reminder that home isn't always where you live every day. Sometimes it's the place that keeps you connected to your roots. ❤️

And on the other side of this sale is a seller beginning an exciting new chapter of her own. After retiring, she's packing up years of memories and starting a new adventure with the person she loves.

After the food was gone, the parking lot was quiet again, and I just sat there thinking about how lucky we are. ❤️

That night the Summer Client Appreciation Event wasn't really about real estate.

It was about seeing past clients become friends. It was about catching up with people we haven't seen in a while. It was about kids who have grown up since we helped their families buy a home. It was about hugs, laughter, stories, and the kind of community that makes this area such a special place to live.

When we started this event years ago, we hoped people would come.

Now, every year, we're reminded that we're surrounded by some of the most incredible people imaginable.

Thank you to everyone who spent part of your evening with us. Thank you for your support, your referrals, your trust, and your friendship.

Somewhere along the way, many of our clients stopped feeling like clients and started feeling like family. And every year, this party feels a little more like a family reunion. ❤️

This one has been part of a pretty wild weekend of showings, and it has me doing a lot of reflecting.

I've known the husband since he was a kid. Running around the neighborhood, hanging out in my pool, chasing my dog when he got out... and then, just like that, he grew up. 💗

A few years ago, I had the privilege of helping this family buy their first home. Like so many young families, they thought it would give them plenty of room for years to come.

Well... life had other plans. ❤️

The family grew, the memories multiplied, and before long they found themselves needing more space. This weekend, they found the home for their next chapter. 🤵👰👶🐕🐕

One of my favorite things about this job is getting a front-row seat to people's lives. You start by helping someone buy a house, and before you know it you're helping them move into a home that fits the life they've built.

Congratulations to this sweet family on their pending home! I can't wait to see what comes next for them.

And stay tuned... their current home will be hitting the market soon, sitting on a beautiful half-acre lot. 👀🏡
