After a family move took me across the country and back, I realized first-hand the unique challenges faced when relocating to an unfamiliar and often distant location and the need for a local expert to assist you in the process! I’m an Arizona native who grew up in and around Glendale and west valley, and I love it. I am a member of the Rose Society of Glendale, the Glendale Arizona Historical Society, and the Glendale Woman's Club. I'm also a member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce and volunteer on their Public Policy Committee and on their Board of Directors. More places to dine, shop and spend an evening in the West Valley. ✨

Verrado Marketplace is adding to Buckeye’s everyday options, with SALT and Shake Shack in the dining lineup and more openings planned through the end of 2026. Emersa, an immersive cocktail lounge, and a 63,500-square-foot Safeway are expected in November, with Harkins Theatres and BackLot and OHSO among the additions planned before year-end.

As a West Valley advisor, I look at growth through the lens of daily life: where you pick up groceries, meet friends or spend a Saturday evening. These additions give buyers more to consider alongside the home itself when comparing Buckeye and nearby communities.

Burgundy brings warmth and depth to a room, with just enough drama to make familiar spaces feel different.

On kitchen cabinetry, it feels rich and tailored. In a living room, a velvet chair or painted bookcase can introduce the color without taking over. Warm whites, natural wood, linen and aged brass keep the palette balanced.

For a West Valley home, I’d use burgundy as an accent against warm stone and light walls. A little depth goes a long way.
