One of the pleasures in Real Estate is when you find a great contractor that does quality work at fair pricing. I just worked with Dale Riggin (309-613-6502) to remove two trees from one of my rental properties. He and his crew arrived when they said they would, did their work in a quality manner, and left the jobsite clean eveynight. I did not have to worry about any complaints from the neighbors and several stopped by to comment on how well Dale and his team were doing.

Dale and his team removed the trees. hauled away the debris, ground the stumps, brought in dirt to fill the holes and seeded the lawn. A few pictures of their work is included below.

When I run find a good contractor, I like to give them a shout out to let people know about them. Rodney Pichon (309-642-5625) just got done fixing a garage door for me. He replaced the torsional springs. Timely service, quality job, fair pricing!

On the last property we worked on we had a basement issue that needed to be repaired. Frustrating when we uncovered the problem but ultimately, I was happy how it turned out. Ended up with a good looking basement and a 20 year warranty on the wall and 25 year warranty on the dewatering system. Here is a series of photos showing the progression of the basement repair.

Big shout out for Bob Morris of Morris Heating and Cooling for getting my airconditioner installed in a timely manner after mr rexcent basement repair job. I love working with family owned businesses. They have a personal stake in ensuring their business reputation is impeccable. Force Basement Solutions is no exception.

I had an issue with the basement on a house that I just purchased. Water was leaking into the basement and I measured a crack in the cement block wall of just over 1.5 inches wide. I called three different basement wall repair companies, got their recommendations and cost estimates to fix the issues. You can tell the work team enjoyed working with each other and they held each other to a high standard of work quality. They kept the jobsite clean as possible and cleaned up the job site up at the end of the day

David Force, the person who started the business, was there at the beginning of the job and then periodically throughout. He took time to explain what to look for when checking for basement issues when considering the purchase of future properties.

I could not have been happier with Force Basement Solutions. They did quality work at a competitive price. Told me what they were going to do and then did it on time and in a timely manner.
