Everyone's been asking us the same question lately: where should I actually buy in Peoria right now? 💙 So let me break it down - not by what's trendy, but by what matters most to you.
• North Peoria / Vistancia - Resort-style living, K-8 schools, mountain views. This is the lifestyle play. If you want to plant roots and raise a family somewhere beautiful, start here.
• Downtown Peoria (and it's been completely reimagined) - Condos starting in the mid-$200s, easy commutes, and honestly the most accessible price point in the city. Jefferson's House opens this fall, new restaurants are on the way, and the city just put $2.4M into the plaza. If you're a first-time buyer, this is your moment.
• Loop 303 Corridor - More inventory, sitting right next to the Innovation Core's job growth. If you're thinking long-term, this might be the best value play in the whole Valley right now.
