I left my career in medicine because it stopped being about people.
There. I said it.

I spent years as a radiation therapist...high stakes, high precision, deeply personal work. I loved the patients. I loved the process. I loved the way every single detail mattered because every single detail DID matter.

But somewhere along the way medicine started feeling like it was only about the numbers. The throughput. The metrics. The bottom line.

The warm and fuzzy got lost. And I couldn't stay somewhere that lost it.
So, I walked onto a construction site for the first time, and something just clicked.

Not because of the homes, although I will never not love watching a foundation become a floor plan become someone's forever home.

It was the process.
The precision. The sequencing. The way every single detail upstream affects every single detail downstream. Miss one step and everything shifts.

I thought "THIS is what I want to do." This is the world I belong in.
That was 2018. I've never looked back.

Eight years later I've closed 100+ new construction transactions, partnered with builders across 8 states, coached sales teams, and built CRM systems from the ground up for homebuilders who needed clarity, not just data.
And the thing that makes me good at this work?

I never forgot what I learned in medicine.

The numbers matter.

But the person behind the numbers matters more.
