For years I have had the vision of building a nationwide, peer to peer referral group. At first I was building based on my proprietary SpheriView(R) VR platform. However, what is key is relationships, not the underlying technology. Now I am growing the Premier Attraction Group, as we are still in the early stages, you can register for any of our plans via a $60 refundable deposit.

I am selling seats on my enterprise level Chime CRM platform. I am offering this for anywhere from $25 / mo - $60 / mo depending on payment frequency. There are three big benefits to buying this from me:
1. Broker independence - your CRM can move with you if you change brokerages and you are not subject to use rules that your broker may impose on tools they provide or supplement,

2. Cost - Chime sells their basic platform which is much less powerful than an enterprise seat, for $599 / mo. Our most expensive plan is still 1/10th the cost,

3. I have a program to coordinate peer to peer referrals - so being in our group will help you to make better referrals that convert at a higher rate and may lead to you receiving referrals from other members of our peer to peer group.

Real brokerage provides Chime to their agents for $25 / mo, but these agents would be better off on our plan because they can get free months simply by referring their friends and coworkers. For those who refer a lot, they can opt for our affiliate plan so they can be paid to sign people up instead of just earning free months.

Right now I have huge signup incentives because I need to get to 75 subscribers before it can fully launch. If we don't get to 75 by the end of the year, everybody gets their money back. If we do, the first 75 get rewarded. The first 5 affiliates get a big reward, a commission position with a minimum $1000 return, but it could be much higher. Part 2: Attraction. If they upgaded to be an affiliate, they will only receive the $2500 instead of $1000 only if more than 1/2 the dollars sponsored was brought in after they upgraded. This is to keep people from upgrading only at the very end if they think they will win the contest. There is a part 2 to this prize: When we get to 1000 members and it is within the first 5 years from the end of the contest. The top 5 who are still members (with their membership never lapsing) will each receive $10,000

There is a chance people ranked below 5th will move up because some members may believe we will not get to 1000 members within the next 5 years.


Note, you get awards for attracting regardless of whether you are an affiliate or not. but the people you attract before becoming an affiliate will not be in your downline. Plus early adopter award 1 pays you back just what you paid in, and only pays up to $500. If it takes 9 months or more to get to 250 members, the monthly subscribers will be out more money than the affiliates.

So if you have the money to become an affiliate up front, it is the much better deal.

Virtual Affiliate spots: The first prize winner gets a 50% share, the second place winner gets a 25% share, 3rd place gets a 1/8 share, and 4th and 5th get a 1/16th share. They get rev-share based on this slot minus the rev-share that comes from their primary leg. They get the rev-share based on the unlocking criteria from their primary leg.
