The best investments aren’t always properties. 🏡

Sometimes they’re experiences, relationships, and memories.

What started as a trip to support friends competing in HYROX New York turned into a weekend filled with new experiences, meaningful conversations, a lot of firsts, and memories I’ll never forget.

From staying in Hoboken for the first time, to training at F45 Hoboken, meeting people from around the world, and cheering on friends as they achieved a goal they worked incredibly hard for, this trip was a reminder that some of the most valuable things in life can’t be measured in dollars.

They’re measured in relationships. 🤝

They’re measured in experiences.

They’re measured in the memories we create along the way. ✨

Grateful for the friendships, the community, and the opportunity to be part of someone else’s journey. 💛

Last night I went under contract on another investment property, and I’m excited for what’s ahead in this next phase of the journey.

Right now it’s just an empty lot in Avondale with mountains in the background, but every project starts with vision, strategy, and the willingness to take action before the results are visible.

Real estate continues to reinforce that growth comes from consistency, calculated decisions, and staying committed to long-term goals.

A huge thank you to Dom for being such an important part of this process. Your guidance, responsiveness, patience, and commitment throughout this journey have truly meant a lot. I’m grateful to have you as part of the team, and I appreciate all the time and effort you’ve invested into helping bring this project together. We’re not done yet, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Some people see coffee shops.
I see mobile offices, strategy sessions, underwriting tables, networking opportunities, and vision boards. ☕💻

Real estate and business don’t always happen in boardrooms. Sometimes they happen between sips of coffee, analyzing deals, answering calls, building relationships, and staying consistent when nobody is watching.

My daughter caught me in work mode again. 😂
But this is the part people don’t always see behind the scenes: the planning, the learning, the problem solving, and the discipline it takes to build something bigger than yourself.

I have to express my gratitude to all of those that gave me gifts and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day. Today is one of those days that you see who cares about you because they show it through their actions 😉. Most of all, I want to recognize my sunshine on a cloudy day, my biggest fan, my blessing, my miracle baby, my baby girl! She has always been there for me and always will be and I love her so much! I love you baby girl!!! 💕💕💕🥰🥰🥰

Pat’s Run 2026 ✔️ In the books

Events like this are a reminder that success, in business and in life, comes down to discipline, consistency, and following through on the commitments you make to yourself.

Taking care of your body, both physically and mentally, matters. It carries over into how you show up in your business and in your professional life every single day.

Set goals. Take action. Reach them. Then set new ones and keep growing.

I carry that same mindset into everything I build.

I’m grateful to God for the opportunities He has placed in my life, the people He has surrounded me with, and the many blessings along the way.

If you can run, run. If you can walk, walk. If you can’t do either, do something. Just don’t do nothing.

Already looking forward to next year.

Spent time last night at Buy and Hold Academy focused on Section 8 and affordable housing.

These are the rooms that matter. Understanding the demand, staying aligned with the right people, and continuing to refine the strategy is what drives long-term results.

Grateful for the conversations, reconnecting with familiar faces, and meeting others who are actively building in this space. Always open to connecting with sellers and lenders who value a clear and professional approach.
