Fix & Flip Bus Tour Series • Day 1

Took some time for investor continuing education at AZREIA and it was a great reminder that real estate success is built long before a property ever hits the market.

Real estate is not luck and you don’t just stumble into a good deal. It is systems, order, contracts, numbers, and the right team.

Every speaker reinforced that building a real estate business means staying teachable, surrounding yourself with experienced people, and doing things the right way to protect everyone involved in the process.

Grateful for those who take time to share knowledge so we can grow into wiser investors and better stewards of the opportunities we are given.

Success is not one big moment. It is small, consistent action taken over and over again.

In real estate, that looks like analyzing properties daily, building relationships, following up when others stop, and showing up even when a deal does not immediately work out. Consistency compounds.

If you are a homeowner who has been thinking about selling but feel overwhelmed, behind on payments, managing a property from afar, or just ready for a change, taking one small step can change everything.

Sometimes that first step is simply having a conversation.

I am always happy to talk through options, even if selling is not the final decision. No pressure. Just clarity and solutions.

This walkthrough didn’t become a deal, but it was still a valuable step forward.

Every property is unique, and part of being a responsible buyer is making sure the numbers, condition, and situation align so I can follow through and actually close. I never want to put a seller through a contract that cannot be honored.

I stay patient, do my homework, and trust the timing. The right opportunity always comes, and when it does, I am ready to move.

This was my view after HYROX training this morning. Cooling down. Stretching. Catching my breath.

It was challenging, but I did it anyway. And I am glad I pushed through. I am getting stronger. I am getting faster. The competition taught me a lot about my body, my mindset, and where I can improve.

Building a business is no different. It is not easy. It stretches you. It exposes weaknesses. It requires consistency. But every session, every call, every deal, every move gets you closer to the goal.

That is exactly what I am doing. No stopping.

This quote hit home today. In real estate, business, and life, progress does not always look big or flashy. Sometimes it is a phone call, a follow-up, a spreadsheet, or simply choosing not to quit.

Right now, I am choosing to keep moving forward regardless of the circumstances. Even small steps still move you closer to the goal. Forward is forward.

I also want to give a sincere shoutout to those in my community who continue to support me. You really learn who is in your corner when you share wins. Some celebrate with you, others immediately look for the negative. That response says a lot about the kind of supporter someone is.

If you do not have an accountability partner, this is your sign to find one. Someone who will challenge you, encourage you, and help you keep pushing when momentum feels slow. Growth is stronger when you are not doing it alone.

That’s the work. In training, in business, and in real estate investing. Results do not come from one big moment, they come from daily discipline, consistency, and choosing to show up even when it’s uncomfortable or inconvenient.

Grateful for strong coaches, accountability, and community that push me to be better. The same mindset I bring into the gym is the one I bring into my investments. Show up, do the work, trust the process.
