In this role, you’ll:
✨ Be the friendly face our clients and agents rely on
📄 Keep documents and transactions in tip-top shape
📅 Coordinate closings, meetings, and appointments like a pro
🔍 Assist with title searches and property research
🤝 Support smooth, seamless closings from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience in administration (bonus if it’s in real estate/title & escrow!)
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication skills – you love talking to people!
✅ Comfortable working independently and in a team
