I was on a hike back on December 28 of 2024, and I saw an American flag on the top of a hiking trail. When I got to the top, I discovered this memorial. She was one of the Abby Gate 13 who gave her life serving her country that fateful day. Today, we pay tribute to all of those that gave the ultimate sacrifice serving their country, but as you can see in this poignant memorial, serving all humanity.

From Wittmann to Black Canyon City, to Tonopah, and back to Black Canyon City. So happy for my 1st time homebuyer’s as they scored this amazing family compound! It took about 3 weeks of searching but well worth it and fun checking out the various communities with them.

So psyched for my clients. As fellow Estrella Mountain Ranch residents, they wanted to downsize but remain in the ranch. We were going to need the net proceeds from the sale of their current property to be able to close on their new property. The best part is that we were able to close on both properties on the same day. For a realtor, to put it in baseball terms, it’s like hitting for the cycle.
