🎉 Congrats to my clients on the sale of their home!

This one took a little more time, creativity and patience. Not every sale goes as smooth as you hope for.

We listed this home in early fall right after the market slowed down and everyone was already settling into their new homes for the new school year.

After not much activity, we decided to take it off the market and wait until spring. 2 days on the market and we were under contract, however, the buyers backed out a few days later with “cold feet”.
