I remember when I first got licensed, I studied his methods, scripts, listened to his podcast. I’m a big fan of his real time content. As a realtor, I’ve learned that what I do on a daily basis, my discipline, mindset, resilience, and ALWAYS learning while surrounding myself with likeminded real estate professionals is what determines my success, not the market. Tips for Spring Buyers:

1. Inventory is low. Be prepared for a little competition with other home buyers just like you.

2. Leverage contingencies. That could be your inspection, mortgage, appraisal, home sale, and more.

3. Know your non-negotiables.

4. Communicate with your team. Who is your team? Your realtor, lender, inspector or any other business partners in this transaction.

When everyone is on the same page, you can develop a strong offer for the house you want, with the terms you set at the price you are comfortable with (price: monthly payment, down payment, closing cost, etc.)

Having a strong team who is aligned with your needs will get you the home you want no matter the competition!

Such a great time, spring is here. Birds are chirping, daylight is longer, and the air is fresh.

It's time to get the inside of your home in order.

You don't need to feel overwhelmed. Follow this simple list and feel the major difference.

It's all about maintenance!

1- Remove clutter

It can prevent pest and reduce dust, mold and mildew, which may trigger allergies. Decluttering improves your lifestyle and well-being.

2- Clean windows

Not only does it feel fresh, it makes your space look bigger.

3- Touch up or repaint walls

Open up the windows and get to painting, get rid of the scuffs and scratches that build up over time.

4- Change burned out lights bulls and replace batteries in in your smoke detectors.

Safety first!

5- Dust crown molding, baseboards and ceiling fans.

Reach those areas we often forget about. It gets very dusty overtime and especially after having the heat on during the winter months.

6- Degrease walls of the kitchen

Kitchen can look dingy if not degreased.

7- Make wooden floors gleam.

Conditioning the wood can help make floors look shiny, clean while also hiding the scratches.

There is a lot to consider when relocating to a new City. It's overwhelming.
