Closing day turned into a nightmare and a moving truck was waiting outside 😬

My client had just closed on her new home. Keys in hand, movers ready. But when we showed up… the seller refused to leave. Door slammed. Locked.

But here's the thing, this is exactly where your agent either shows up or disappears.

I called the police and an attorney. I stayed calm and kept her calm. We worked out an agreement, sent my client home with a glass of wine, and the next morning.. keys in hand, seller gone, done!
