✨ Whew! This is one I could not wait to celebrate! ✨

I first signed this listing back in October, but my seller was determined to move at her own pace. Fair enough—these things are a journey, not a sprint. 🏃‍♀️

As soon as I hit Coming Soon, the phone started ringing off the hook. 📞 Agents everywhere had buyers begging for a Windsor condo… and at that time, there wasn’t a single one on the market. Talk about demand!

Fast forward to February—my seller was finally ready, but by then? Yep… multiple condos hit the market at the very same time. Hello, supply! 😅

It turned into a real-life lesson in Economics 101: Supply + Demand = who shines the brightest wins. From price to condition, it was a battle of the condos.

🔥 151 days later, we crossed the finish line and celebrated at settlement. Persistence, patience, and strategy paid off.
