🙌Tenant Relations & Leasing:
○Handle the leasing process from tour to move-in,
○build strong tenant relationships,
○and address resident inquiries or concerns promptly. 🤝📋
🙌Property Operations:
○Oversee day-to-day community operations,
○coordinate maintenance requests,
○and ensure properties are well-maintained and safe. 🛠️✅
🙌Financial Management:
○Assist with property budgeting,
○rent collection,
○and financial record-keeping. 📊💵
🙌Marketing & Compliance:
○Implement local marketing strategies to drive occupancy,
