Last night my beautiful friend Cathy Sparrow donated all proceeds from her tarot readings at Madison Seminary to the family Asa's Angels of Hope is helping. Cathy was able to raise $200 that will go towards helping the family rebuild after some terrible circumstances left them without water for over a year. This family is so grateful for the outpouring of love and support they've received from all of you. We are still looking for help for a local family. They have not had running water for a year and have had some terrible setbacks. They are looking for a fresh start and we're here to help. We have secured plumbing, new bathroom fixtures (tub and sink), new carpet for their bedrooms, new beds for everyone in the family, and some toys and things for the kids. We have created an amazon wish list if you'd like to purchase something. Or, if you're local and can help with any of the items on the list, please let us know or drop it off to our Madison office. Just let them know that it's for the family Denise is helping.

Here's items I would LOVE to be able to give them.

Pots and Pans
A set of dishes
food storage containers
art supplies for the teenage daughter (painting/drawing)
Grocery gift cards
cleaning supplies
a set of silverware
paper products (toilet paper and paper towels)
bath products (shampoo, body wash, etc)
a vacuum
broom and mop (or swiffer due to lack of space)

I absolutely LOVE my network of people. I've had people ask how they can help the local family who is in need of new plumbing, flooring, shower, and appliances. I have created a wish list of items they need. Their rooms are very small so we're looking for beds that also provide storage.
