Interesting story from the Des Moines Register about the tendency for young people to rent instead of buy a home. Maybe they should consider Perry where affordability is excellent. If you know of someone renting who doesn't know they can buy a 3 bedroom home with a garage for no money down and less than $600/month, send them our way!
