It's hard to believe this was all done in just one day!

When we first walked the Perry Compound, the property was so overgrown you could barely see two of the three houses. It looked like something straight out of a jungle.

Check out the before and after video. It's amazing what can be accomplished in just one day!

There's a ton of work to do, but excited to see the property starting to come back to life.

Excited to finally share our next project!

If you've been following our renovations, you've seen us bring the Fire House and the Hoarder House back to life. Now it's time for our biggest challenge yet... The Perry Compound.

Three homes on one 1.64-acre property. To be honest, we're still not exactly sure what we're going to do with it, but that's part of what makes this one so exciting.

We've got a few ideas, but we'd love to hear yours. If this was your property, what would you do with it?

The "Fire House" is complete!

Good afternoon, everyone!

We’re putting the final touches on 9 studio apartments on Maple St. in Macon and wanted to let the Mercer community know before we list them on Zillow.

They’re just a short walk to Mercer, Atrium Health, Tatnall Square Park, and The Bear’s Den. Rent includes utilities, WiFi, on site laundry, and dedicated off street parking, so there are no extra utility bills to worry about.
