Gun violence doesn’t just take lives—it shatters hearts, homes, and hope. The pain doesn’t end with the one who’s harmed. It ripples through mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, friends… and it leaves scars on our entire community.
We can’t keep pretending it’s not happening. We can’t keep losing our loved ones and doing nothing.
It’s time to feel it. To face it. To fight for each other.
It’s time to heal. Together.
Our youth are crying out—whether with words, actions, or silence. They need us. They need grace, guidance, protection, and love. They need to see that someone still believes in them, even when they’re struggling to believe in themselves. Let’s stop casting them aside and start covering them in prayer, mentorship, and compassion.
Please join me and special guest speaker Edward Watkins on April 26th at 11:00 AM at the Jerkins Community Center (1201 Martin Luther King Avenue, Perry, FL). And we need YOU.
Because every single person who walks in that room brings light. Brings strength. Brings hope. Your presence is powerful. It tells our youth, our neighbors, and our city: you are not alone.
So don’t come alone—bring someone with you. Bring a friend. A young person. A parent. Someone who’s hurting. Someone who’s healing. Someone who needs to know that they matter.
We rise together. We heal together. We fight for our future—together.
We can’t wait to see you there.
