Lots available. Contact us for more information. Choose your own builder for our established neighborhood. IMHO the best location for new builds in Perrysburg. Sidewalk connections to schools, parks, YMCA, Levis and even UPTOWN!

Happy Birthday USA 🇺🇸

Riverford Subdivision was full of families celebrating, kids laughing, walker/bikers enjoying, grills fired up to fuel the fun with family and friends.
This is exactly what my father in law envisioned 35 years ago for Riverford.

PSA: dogs don’t like fireworks. (We keep ours inside)
Fireworks are not toys. Keep Safe (We did not light these. They were somewhere in our neighborhood).
