Greetings from Your New Assistant Community Manager!

Hi Waterstone Landing Residents,

I’m Nolan and I’m beyond excited to introduce myself as your new Assistant Community Manager here at Waterstone Landing.

I’m originally from Perrysburg and recently returned home after three years in Columbus, where I managed a larger community and helped train teams across Northwest Ohio, Northeast Ohio, Atlanta, GA, Charleston, SC, Maryland, and West Virginia. Property management is my passion, and I love creating communities where residents feel truly at home.

You will often see me out and about in the community. I love being outdoors, making sure everything looks great, and connecting with residents. I’m also an animal lover and enjoy meeting your furry friends whenever I can. My focus is on you, making sure you feel heard, supported, and part of a thriving, vibrant community. Behind the scenes, I stay organized and policy-driven, so everything runs smoothly for everyone.

Creating fun and memorable experiences for our residents is extremely important to me. From community events to daily interactions, my goal is to make Waterstone Landing a place you are proud to call home, a place where friendships, memories, and laughter are part of everyday life.

I’m approachable, passionate, and ready to work hard to ensure Waterstone Landing continues to be an amazing community. Whether you have a question, a concern, or just want to stop by to say hello, please visit the office. I cannot wait to meet you all.
