Raised in Van Wert, Ohio, Joshua has called multiple communities home, including Perrysburg where he has served as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the last 14 years. He now resides on a wooded five-acre property in the Holland, Ohio area
with his wife Andrea. Joshua and Andrea are "empty nesters" with the exception of their spoiled and loved Shih Tzus, Dolly and Frankie. Having raised two children Marissa (27) and Ethan (24) who have started their own families, they recently welcomed their newest family member grandbaby Beckett. Joshua values family, honesty, and community deeply. In addition to working in emergency services since 2003, Joshua has extensive knowledge of building construction, deconstruction, plumbing, and has an eye for detail, gained through years of hands-on experience. His familiarity with local areas including Toledo, Perrysburg, surrounding suburbs, Wood County & Hancock County allow him to provide clients with insights and guidance rooted in genuine understanding. Prompted by Jeff Studer, Joshua joined the Studer Select Team to expand his commitment to serving others.
