Hi Friends! After what feels like weeks and weeks of rain, the warm, sunny weather is finally here and with it, all the spiders that apparently decided our house was a good backup plan. Have you noticed that also!? 😫

The April market is looking a little stronger than March, and things are continuing to pick up. It’s still a great time to think about turning that page to a new chapter!
