We’ve been busy! Our recent flip is coming to a quick close and it couldn’t have turned out more beautifully. This solidly built home has only ever been owned twice in its lifetime. First by the original builder and secondly by us. Within very short walking distance of the soccer park, it is in a prime location, surrounded by many other beautiful homes, which is the cherry on top! 💥SOLD!💥 The interior of one of our most recent flips is coming to a quick close and I am blown away at how gorgeous this home turned out! This one sold before we even had a chance to place it on the market and I can only imagine how ecstatic it’s new owners are going to be living here. An absolutely gorgeous open floor plan with spacious bedrooms and another bathroom and laundry room added, make for literally a brand new home! We are so proud of this house. As one new chapter opens for our growing family, another must come to a close. With that being said it is time for us to sell our first and favorite flip, that we have had the pleasure of calling home for the last three years. This is the one that started it all for our business and our love for renovation.

It is a two bedroom, one bathroom home, completely remodeled from head to toe. We have turned it into an adorable open floor plan with a brand new kitchen, walk in pantry, bathroom, living/dining area all resting on beautiful oak hardwood floors. We remodeled the upstairs into a spacious master with an enormous walk in closet that has more storage space than we have ever needed. Laundry was also relocated to the main level. The home also includes a brand new heating and cooling unit that was just installed over the summer and a brand new hot water heater. The house sits on a large double lot and features a complete wrap around fence, which is perfect for pets or children. Additional features of the home are a large shed, carport, fire pit area, and a beautiful array of landscaping with established plants, flowers and trees. To say this home received a total face lift would be a complete understatement. When we do our demo on these homes, we always like to view it as creating a blank canvas. What you decide to turn it into is the fun part! We hope you enjoy our "before and afters" as much as we have! Its hard to believe walking through it now that it could even be the same space! A lot of hard work and TLC was poured into this new relaxing space, that you can now truly call "home."
