🔨 My First Flip — Episode 2
And then the walls came down…
Demo is officially underway on our Round Rock project. Right now, it definitely looks worse before it gets better—but we’re opening things up, making changes, and starting to see what this house can become.
I’m a partner on this project, and because this is my first fix & flip, I’m sharing the process honestly: the progress, decisions, surprises, mistakes, and lessons along the way.
