🚨 3 MISTAKES I SEE HOME SELLERS MAKE

After years in real estate, there are certain mistakes I see sellers make over and over again.

1️⃣ Pricing based on what you NEED instead of what the market says.

Buyers don't know what you owe, how much you spent renovating or how much you need for your next house.

The market determines value.

2️⃣ Spending thousands renovating BEFORE talking to an experienced real estate agent.

Not every improvement gives you your money back.

I'd rather see you spend $5,000 in the RIGHT places than $25,000 in the wrong ones.

3️⃣ Automatically accepting the highest offer.

The highest offer isn't always the BEST offer.

Financing, inspection terms, appraisal contingencies, closing date and the buyer's ability to actually CLOSE all matter.
