We’re pleased to see 1400 N. McDowell Boulevard begin an exciting new chapter as the future headquarters of Sonoma County Library. This transaction is a great outcome for the Library, the property, and the Petaluma community.

That’s a wrap on the 36th Annual Hansel Golf Challenge! ⛳️

Basin Street Properties was proud to participate in this year’s tournament and bring together a great group for a day of golf, fun, and giving back. Representing Basin Street, Matt Sherrill had a strong showing and finished as runner-up in the tournament.

Most importantly, the event raised over $110,000 net to help create Great Futures for the 11,000 young people served each year by Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin.

Thank you to Boys and Girls Clubs for putting together such a fantastic event and to everyone who participated, sponsored, donated, and supported the cause.
