Just sold!
My clients have been leasing in a specific neighborhood the last few years and knew they wanted to make it permanent 🤍
We looked at multiple homes and homes in nearby areas but after weighing out the pros + cons of all of them- we found the home that checked off the list AND is across the street from a loved one 🤍
We also negotiated to have the solar paid off upon posession 🤌🏽
