I got a text from long time friends about making a life shift. Their kids are grown and gone - but still circling closely! They aren’t fully retired but want to move to single level home to unwind in but have the kids (and grandkids!) come and go.

This one feels so great!

Buyers G&S had a clear dream to live on the Westside of Petaluma where they grew up. Both are local teachers. The Garage was already set up for his dream wood shop. Maybe they get married under the Redwood Tree in the backyard! The synchronicities kept revealing themselves!
