15 Wildwood Ln in Novato is officially under contract, and I couldn’t be happier for my buyer. This sweet little 2.8 acre horse property with barns, an arena, and trail access had so much charm and potential, and it was exactly the kind of property they had been hoping for in Marin County.

One of the coolest parts about this transaction is that my client specifically came to me because of my knowledge and experience with equestrian properties. Horse properties are so much more than just land and a house — there are so many details, considerations, and moving parts that come with them.

This one took patience, perseverance, strategy, and trust in the process, but we got it done. I’m really grateful my client trusted me to help guide them through it, and now we’re looking forward to getting through contingencies this week and getting one step closer to closing. 💖🐴

Raw land transactions come with a different set of questions than a typical home purchase—and that’s exactly why guidance matters.

When my clients were considering this property, I didn’t just send them links or tell them to “look into it.” I went with them to the county office so we could get clear answers directly from the source about land use, building requirements, and what moving forward would realistically look like. I also gave them local contacts to call and get pricing for constructing a well and septic so they were fully aware of the future costs involved.

My job is to be in my clients’ corner every step of the way—asking the right questions, helping uncover the details, and making sure they feel informed and confident before making such an important investment.

Just Sold 🌿

This 2-acre parcel in Santa Rosa was a great opportunity. We moved quickly, wrote a strong offer, and beat out competing interest to secure it.

Raw land comes with its own due diligence, and this one was no exception. We took a trip to Permit Sonoma to fully understand the zoning and what exactly could be built and how to maximize the property’s potential.

The groundwork was already in motion—groundwater, soils reports, and a county-approved perc test were already completed, which is a huge step forward in the building process and one less thing my clients have to worry about.

They now have the opportunity to create something truly special here: a home, shop, and ADU tailored exactly to their vision.

These are the days I live for 🤍

Getting to be a present mother to my daughter, Parker, while also bringing her into something I truly love, my career. Today she got to come along for a final walkthrough on a home that closes next week, and watching her be a part of it all fills my cup in the best way.

I hope she grows up seeing that you can chase your dreams, do what makes you feel whole, and still be there for the moments that matter most.

After our walkthrough, we made a day of it, exploring a new park she’d never been to and grabbing lunch in sweet Fairfax. The simple, in-between moments like these mean everything.

I’m so grateful to have found a rhythm that allows me to be both her mom and the realtor I love being. It also helps to have incredible clients who embrace family and don’t mind my little sidekick tagging along here and there! 😉

This one feels extra rewarding.

We were originally in contract on another home on the same street, but after reviewing inspections, it became clear it wasn’t the right fit for my clients. And then… this one hit the market.

Within 35 minutes of it going live, I was on the phone with the listing agent and had my buyers through the door.

Meticulously maintained, fully upgraded, new roof, remodeled, paid solar, completed sewer lateral and beautifully landscaped.

JUST SOLD 🐴 3777 Vineyard Rd. Novato

I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of the sale of this 15-acre working horse boarding and training facility, backing to hundreds of acres of Marin County Open Space Preserve with trail access directly off the property.

The property includes a main house with an attached ADU, multiple barns, turnouts, shelters, two outdoor arenas, one indoor arena, hay and shavings storage, a workshop, round pen, Eurociser, grain room, tack rooms, event space, and office — a truly incredible equestrian facility.

This escrow was truly one for the books. It felt like every hurdle possible presented itself along the way, but with tenacity, perseverance, and an incredible team, we were able to keep things moving forward and ultimately get it across the finish line.

Transactions like this go far beyond just the real estate. This one involved the transfer of both the property and an operational boarding business, requiring coordination between lenders, insurance, attorneys, title, and agents on both sides all working toward the same goal.
