I grew up in a family of nine children, and got my first job at 10 years old on a paper route in east Petaluma. That first job believe it or not, gave me a strong work ethic that continues to serve me well to this day. Since the close of my first escrow, my philosophy of finding a need and filling it, has carried me throughout my career. In 1980 at 25 years of age, I obtained my broker's license. In 1986, I opened my own brokerage, where my wife, Elaine Ramirez, obtained her real estate license and came to work alongside me. From there, our business continued to flourish and later we added licensed assistants to help us better serve our client's needs. Over the course of my career, Elaine and I worked for independently owned companies and nationally recognized franchises. In 2011, after 34 successful years we joined one of the world's largest real estate organizations, the Century 21 network. Our office at C-21 Bundesen is not only one of the oldest real estate firms in Sonoma County, but also one of the oldest real estate firms in the Century 21 network in Northern California. Today, our extensive background has enabled us to represent hundreds of sellers, buyers, non-profits and corporations in the buying and selling of real estate. It has given us a wealth of experience and knowledge that allows us to serve our clients better and with more efficiency than 99% of all agents and brokers in our industry.
