It is highly recommended that you have your chimney inspected annually. This chimney was leaking from a fault metal cap at the top of the chimney. Eventually this will rust out and become a fire hazard.

If you have one of these panels please make sure a certified electrician or home inspectors looks at it to check on its performance as they have a very high failure rate
