I remember my days in FFA—what a great organization. Believe it or not, one of the most valuable skills I learned there was journal bookkeeping and budgeting, along with so many others. If you have a chapter in your area, support it. You’ll be glad you did.

This seems to have been a good catch by the 5 attorney generals that are suing RedFin. It also shows the leverage that Zillow is trying to leverage over many aspects of the real estate market.

The attorneys general of Arizona, Connecticut New York, Virginia, and Washington are following the lead of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in suing Zillow (NASDAQ: Z, ZG) and the Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT) division Redfin over their $100 million rental housing agreement.
