About Sally:
I grew up with real estate. My dad worked for the SF Chronicle for thirty-two years, and in his spare time built three houses in Central San Rafael. He taught me how to rent and manage his properties. After he passed away, I began managing his property rentals when I was eighteen. I created leases, interviewed prospective tenants, collected rents, and maintained properties. I lived in
Marin County for thirty-five years. I am a native, and I know Marin well. I worked in the mortgage industry, for GreenPoint Mortgage, before transitioning into real estate. In 2004 my husband and I started PricePoint Realty. I worked on marketing him, and our company, for the next several years. In 2010 we transitioned our company over to Keller Williams Realty, and began the Keller Williams Realty Branch in Petaluma. I continued helping him with his business. I got my license in 2012 and signed with Keller Williams Realty. I worked behind the scenes in marketing, but also began showing clients properties, attended listing presentations, holding broker’s opens and open houses, and so forth. In 2016 I have set out on my own. I bring with me a wealth of real estate knowledge and an excellent understanding of superior client service, negotiation skills, and real estate practices. In 2002 I moved to Petaluma. I have lived in both East and West Petaluma. I have three amazing kids who are the light of my life. I’ve been actively involved in their activities. I was a Brownie Troup Leader for four years, Wilson PTA Board Member for four years, and Wilson Site Counsel Member for two years. I am a self-taught cake artist and have donated many cakes over the years to local charities including Wilson School, Petaluma Mother’s Club, Mentor Me Mad Hatter Ball, and NextGen.
