Claire Hodgin, born and raised in San Jose, attended University of Colorado, Boulder, majoring in Art History. Her art background has been instrumental in pursuing a career in real estate. After spending time in San Diego, Chicago and San Francisco, Claire has chosen to make Petaluma home. Living in many different cities, Claire knows the importance of finding the perfect home for every client. Claire’s personal interests include Pilates, watching liv and playing golf with her family.

Claire joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in August 2018, and is proud to be associated with the number one real estate brokerage in Northern California. The Petaluma office is affiliated with more than 70 of the area’s most talented and successful Independent Sales Associates in the area. Last year alone, this office represented more than 690 buyers and sellers and sold more than $318 million in area homes.
