| just sold! | in west petaluma, a heritage home for the ages : ) there is SO much to love about this sweet, sweet property, and we feel very honored to have been chosen to represent it.

there are a lot of moving pieces that go into selling a home, and being alongside our clients as they take this big step is incredibly meaningful to us - we don’t take it lightly, not for a second. so thank you, c, for your trust, your kindness, your patience, and your partnership - it is everything!

even though we wish it was, it isn’t always a straight forward process - especially in a market that feels a bit (or sometimes, a lot!) finicky, but we stayed the course, and made it happen - phew! after about a month on the market, we reduced the price by $150k, and then quickly received SIX offers and ended up closing $10k over our original list price of $1,250,000 - and everyone is thrilled : )

we are beyond excited to see what the wonderful (and local!) buyers have in store for this beauty, and can’t wait to see it come together over time! so many happy memories to be made within those walls.
