When the sellers of this beautiful home decided they wanted to upgrade, they asked us how they could simultaneously sell and buy a home in this competitive market. Just sold! A true testament that hard work and persistence pay off...

After preparing and listing this lovely property in Spring of 2025, we launched it as an active listing in the Fall when the market was undergoing a shift. After receiving offers that did not meet the expectations of the seller, we decided to pull the listing off of the market for the holidays and prep it to launch again in Spring of 2026. At the same time, we leveraged Compass's Private Exclusive feature to continue to give the property limited exposure. In the new year, the property was shown to a qualified buyer who loved the property and we ended up selling the home off market at an excellent price and with great terms.
