One thing I try to stay mindful of is how I show up for newer agents.

So much of my own growth came from experienced agents who were willing to answer questions, offer feedback, and take the time to help me learn along the way. Those moments made a lasting impact on me.

There are opportunities for that everywhere in this industry, whether it’s a newer agent on your team or someone on the other side of a transaction.

Sometimes the smallest bit of guidance or encouragement can really help build someone’s confidence and career. 🤍
