Long read, but well worth it. 🥹
I've always said, "I want to build a team that someone can close their eyes and pick anyone out of the group and have the confidence that they will be cared for and served well, regardless of who their finger lands on."
& as I look at this team photo, I can't help but feel incredibly grateful because our team is becoming exactly that.
What started as another one of my crazy ideas has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined—a team of amazing people who genuinely care about serving others. Each member of our team brings different strengths, experiences, talents, personalities, and local connections to the table. Together, we have roots throughout Central Illinois and relationships that span many different communities, allowing us to better serve families wherever they are in their real estate journey.
One of the things I love most about our team is that when you hire one of us, you get the benefit of all of us. While you'll always have a dedicated agent guiding you through your transaction, you'll also have an entire team behind the scenes sharing knowledge, resources, ideas, support, and experience. We collaborate constantly because we believe our clients deserve the very best, and we're stronger together than any one of us could be alone.
This team is about more than real estate. It's about people. It's about relationships. It's about helping families reach their goals while also creating opportunities for the people who make up this team to grow, succeed, and build lives they love. One of the greatest blessings of leading this team has been watching each person step into their gifts, build confidence, and achieve things they once only dreamed about. I am deeply invested in their success, both professionally and personally, and there is nothing quite like seeing them grow into the leaders, professionals, and servants they were created to be.
Most importantly, I am thankful for the way God continues to bring the right people together at the right time. Looking across this team reminds me that His plans are always bigger than our own. Each person brings unique gifts and talents, and it has been incredible to watch those pieces come together to create something that serves our clients, our communities, and one another so well.

Several members of our team are pursuing additional licensing opportunities and expanding our network in Missouri and Florida, creating even more opportunities for the families we serve.
